Commercial Property Management
We specialize in retail, medical and professional building management. In addition to the above, our expertise includes:
- Lease negotiation, preparation and execution
- Calculating and processing all rental increases
- Preparation of common area maintenance charges and billings
- Complete review of tenant lease files to ensure all billings are being handled correctly and all the terms of the leases are being enforced
- We work directly with vendors specializing in all aspects of property maintenance, repair, and improvements. This includes electrical, hvac, plumbing, landscape, construction, pest control, flooring, painting, general maintenance, parking, security, and janitorial vendors.
- We consistently make direct contact with tenants to ensure that their establishment is being managed to their satisfaction.
